NBI Clearance and other government made easily by Robinson’s Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center. It was located at Level 4, Robinson’s Place Imus. The center provides services for NBI, PhilHealth, PAGIBIG, SSS, GSIS and LRA.
Robinson’s Imus
Here’s the step by step process in getting NBI Clearance:
- Fill-out required information in On-Line Application Form using the link below.
- Pay for the corresponding fee (For new application, it costs P115.00).
- Picture taking and applicant’s Finger-print scanning once you get there.
- Wait for the release of your NBI Clearance. Applicant’s clearance who has namesake will be released after 3-4 weeks. And if the applicant doesn’t have namesake and has no criminal records, they can get their clearance in just a minute.
That’s it! The process is easy, it’s just the waiting time because of the number of person in the line that makes it long.
List of valid Identification Cards:
- Valid passport. (Make sure it is not expired)
- Voter’s ID
- Driver’s License
- PRC License
- SSS ID (Valid E1 Form is accepted)
- GSIS UMID
- Postal ID
- School ID
- TIN ID
- Philhealth ID
- Authenticated Birth Certificate (NSO Certified)
- Alien Certificate of Registration
- Senior Citizen ID
- Previous Copy of NBI Clearance (valid from previous year only. Example, it is year 2013, you can only use NBI Clearance that is valid until year 2012. Clearance that is valid from year 2011 and below is NOT VALID.)
By the way, there are some DON’Ts in getting your NBI Clearance, and here’s the following:
- Do not use colorful ink of pen. (Black pen ONLY)
- Do not wear sleeveless. This is for the picture taking for the clearance. Also you shouldn’t wear any Contact Lenses.
- Do not wear earrings, for men.
- If you are wearing prescribed spectacles or eyeglasses, take them off and DO NOT WEAR Contact lenses!

Can I bring photocopy of sss I’d as an identification?
I cannot guarantee if they (NBI) will accept xerox or photocopied documents like SSS.
They will surely ask for the original for authenticity of the ownership of the person who will take or get their NBI Clearance.
But any other kind of identification ID’s with your photo will be enough to cover that as long as the expiry date is still in valid such as UMID, Passport, etc.
Does Robinson’s Imus Nbi Clearance requires to have an appointment first through online before going to them?

I got my NBI Clearance 2 weeks ago.
if you know the NEW Bacoor Municipal in Molino Blvd., punta ka lang duon.
On left side ng main building, last building ay makikita mo ang kuhaan ng NBI Clearance but don’t forget the scheduling using the NBI Online https://nbi-clearance.com/.
From there, you will pick the date of your choice kung kailan mo gustong kuhanin at tuloy get the code for the payment via G-Cash or Payment via Bayad Center nearest to your location.
If wala kang “hit” ay makukuha mo agad ang clearance but kung mayroon ay mga 10 to 15 days bago ito ma release.

Nasa online ang instructions kung papaano at saan ka pwedeng magbayad.
If renewal, baka pwedeng magpadala ng representative with both ID’s ng nagre renew at rep. but if NEW Clearance naman, need mo talaga ang personal appearance dahil sa picture at biometrics.
Nag tatry ako mag book online, pero wala sa option ang Robinsons Imus, please help , thanks 🙂

Find the nearest from your location. If else, sa Manila ka na makakakita. But try mo sa may Bacoor kasi diyan ako nakakuha last December 2017 lang.

Naitanong na iyan. Wala na po sa Robinson’s Imus kaya via online na lang talaga kayo makakakuha ng nearest location like sa ibang malls or worse ay sa Main Office na kayo magtutuloy niyan depende pa rin sa scheduling of appointment.
Ask ko lang po kung nakapag online kna po ba direct na po dyan for payment n makukuha kuna po ba noon.
