The women were not asked to make any changes in their diet or in their physical activity plan, and the results were visible in just a few days.

The experts asserted that this substance is an important antioxidant which offers a plenty of benefits to the body.

In order to prepare this solution, you will need 6 kilograms of tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of salt and 4 tablespoons of sugar.
How to prepare:
Wash the tomatoes with cold water. Grate them and put them in a pot to cook. Add the sugar and salt and cook for about 10 minutes with constant stirring. When done, store the juice in glass bottles and leave it to cool down.
