Cucumber juice- solution for many health problems

Cucumbers have a high content of water and contain noteworthy amounts of potassium, silica, vitamin A, vitamin C, folate, and chlorophyll, among other nutrients.

Cucumber juice is a very healthy and versatile drink. Many people add cucumber juice to their diets to improve the quality of their skin, nails, and hair, and when consumed regularly, the drink can help treat high blood pressure and kidney stones.

Cucumber juice can be prepared straight, with nothing but cucumbers, or you can blend it with sweeteners and other juices for extra flavor.

If you have a problem with eczema, then every day, drink a glass of freshly squeezed cucumber juice.

For inflammation of the digestive organs and urinary tract cucumber juice is a real solution.

This juice is also recommended for women who are in menopause. It will reduce burdens and facilitate their functioning.

Ginger and Cucumber Juice:


  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 English cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • Ice
  • Lemon wheels, for garnish
  • Cucumber wheels, for garnish
In a blender or food processor, blend together the ginger, cucumber and 1/2 cup cold water. Strain and press the puree through a meshsieve.

Serve over ice and garnish with a lemon and cucumberwheel.

Optional serving: Fill glasses with ice and one-half to two-thirds full with the blended juice. Top with lemonade and/or vodka.

Mean Green Cucumber Juice


  • 2 English cucumbers
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • Special equipment: cheesecloth


Peel the cucumbers, saving the peels. Grate cucumber flesh on a box grater. In a medium saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil. When sugar dissolves, add the grated cucumber and simmer until cucumber is tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a blender, puree reserved cucumber peel and cucumber syrup until smooth. Line a strainer with cheese cloth over a bowl. Strain cucumber mixture. Gather cheesecloth in 1 hand to squeeze out all of the juice. Chill until cool, about 1 hour. Serve in glasses over ice.
