Take your health into your own hands: Cleanse the kidneys and prevent kidney diseases
It would be helpful for the health of your kidneys if you reduce the intake of their most dangerous enemy.
You will need:
- a half-peeled lemon,
- 1 peeled kiwi,
- 1 banana,
- half bunch of freshly chopped parsley
- 1 cup of water.
